| 分析EZSCAN无创筛查风险评分与2型糖尿病及糖耐量异常的相关性,为临床早期诊断提供参考。以本院体检者1 900例为研究对象。分析EZSCAN评分与2型糖尿病及体重指数、收缩/舒张压、血脂、糖耐量异常的关系。结果显示,与对照组相比,糖代谢异常组研究对象腰围、体重指数、收缩压和舒张压均无明显差异(P>0.05),甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)明显升高而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平明显降低(P<0.05),但低风险组和高风险组研究对象之间上述指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)；糖代谢异常组研究对象空腹血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)2h及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平明显升高(P<0.05),且高风险组研究对象上述指标高于低风险组研究对象(P<0.05)。因此,EZSCAN无创筛查风险评分与糖耐量异常及胰岛素抵抗密切相关。 |

| This study tried to analyze the correlation between EZSCAN noninvasive screening risk score and type 2 diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance,so as to provide reference for early diagnosis. 1900 cases of physical examination in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The relationship between EZSCAN score and type 2 diabetes,body mass index,systolic diastolic blood pressure,blood fat and impaired glucose tolerance were analyzed. The results showed that Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in waist circumference,body mass index,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the subjects with abnormal glucose metabolism (P>0.05). The levels of TG,TC,LDL and HDL were significantly decreased (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the subjects in the low risk group and the high risk group (P>0.05). The levels of fasting blood glucose,OGTT2h and HbA1C,fasting insulin and HOMA-IR were significantly increased in the subjects with abnormal glucose metabolism (P<0.05),and the high risk group was studied. The above indicators were higher than those in the low risk group (P<0.05).So EZSCAN risk score for non-invasive screening is closely related to impaired glucose tolerance and insulin resistance. |
