| 观察体外冲击波碎石治疗肾盂结石的效果及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化。分析本院经皮肾镜碎石术(对照组50例)和体外冲击波碎石术(观察组50例)患者的临床资料。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,并检测治疗前后血清中C反应蛋白和白细胞介素水平的变化。结果显示:与对照组比较,观察组患者的白细胞介素、C反应蛋白和TNFα水平明显降低且结石清除率明显升高(P<0.05),但手术时间及术后感染率之间两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。表明体外冲击波碎石术对肾盂结石治疗效果优于经皮肾镜碎石术,且CRP水平降低。 |

| The present study tried to explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of renal pelvis stone and the significance of variation of CRP concentration. Patients in our hospital received ureteroscopic lithotripsy (n=50) or extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (n=50) were enrolled in this part. The clinical effect and serum interleukins, CRP and TNFα were assayed after operation in control and observation group pateints. The results showed that the blood loss during operation were lower (P<0.05)in observation group than control group but with no differences in infection rate (P>0.05). At the same time, the concentration of interleukins, CRP and TNFα was lower while stone clearance rate was higher (P<0.05) in observation group than control group after operation with statistical differences. The results showed that Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy has a significant effect than control group patients in the treatment of renal pelvis stone which is related with the decrease of the inflammatory factor concentration. |
