| 分析来士普联合认知行为治疗对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效。收集200例PSD患者并随机分为空白对照组,对照组1,对照组2及观察组。空白对照组不进行任何治疗,对照组1实施认知行为治疗,对照组2实施来士普治疗,观察组在对照组2用药基础上进行认知行为治疗。四组患者分别与治疗前24 h及治疗12周后进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、神经功能缺损程度量表(NIHSS)和改良Banhel指数(MBI)评分。治疗12周后,四组患者治疗后HAMD、NIHSS、MBI评分比较,观察组明显优于其他三组(P<0.05)。来士普联合认知行为治疗PSD患者,可改善患者抑郁症状和神经功能缺损,并可提高日常生活活动(ADL)能力。 |

| To analyze the efficacy of Lexapro combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on post-stroke depression (PSD). A total of 200 cases of PSD patients were collected and randomly divided into the blank control group, the control group 1, the control group 2 and observation group. The blank control group did not undergo any treatment, the control group 1 performed cognitive behavioral therapy, the control group 2 performed Lexapro treatment and the observation group performed cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the drug use of the control group 2. The HAMD, NIHSS and MBI scores were scored in the four groups of patients 24 hours before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. After 12 weeks of treatment, the HAMD, NIHSS and MBI scores in the observation were significantly better than those in the other three groups (P<0.05). The combination of Lexapro and cognitive behavioral therapy on PSD can improve depression symptoms and neurological deficits, and boost the ability of daily living activities (ADL) of the patients. |
