| 分析特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血小板输注效果及影响因素。收集本院诊治的60例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者(观察组)的临床资料,分析血小板输注后的24 h血小板计数,并进行多因素Logistic回归分析。以未进行血小板输注患者60例为对照组。结果显示:与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后24 h和72 h血小板计数明显升高(P<0.05),观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而影响血小板输注效果的因素包括反复输注、肿瘤、血液疾病和抗体(P<0.05)。血小板输注对特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者有疗效,且影响因素包括反复输注、肿瘤、血液疾病和抗体。 |

| The effect of platelet transfusion in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura) and its influencing factors were analyzed. The clinical data of 60 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (observation group) were analyzed in our hospital.The platelet count of 24h after platelet transfusion was analyzed and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis was carried out.The results showed that compared with the control group, the platelet count of 24h and 72h increased significantly in the observation group (P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The factors that affect the effect of platelet transfusion include repeated infusion, tumor, blood disease and antibody (P<0.05).Platelet transfusion is effective for patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, and the influencing factors include repeated infusion, tumor, blood disease and antibodies. |
