| 探讨核磁共振成像技术(MRI)对前交叉韧带(ACL)和膝关节半月板损伤诊断的准确率及其临床诊断意义。选取本院收治的96例膝关节及韧带损伤患者,对其进行MRI以及关节镜技术诊断,以关节镜诊断结果为金标准,分析MRI技术诊断ACL及膝关节半月板损伤的灵敏度、准确度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、Youden指数以及Kappa值。结果显示,MRI技术诊断ACL的灵敏度、准确度、特异度分别为90.5%、94.8%、96.0%,诊断膝关节半月板损伤的灵敏度、准确度、特异度分别为84.6%、94.8%、98.6%；Kappa检验MRI与关节镜诊断ACL和膝关节半月板损伤具有极高的一致性(k=0.86、0.87)。因此,MRI技术诊断ACL和膝关节半月板损伤安全无创伤,准确度高,可作为ACL和膝关节半月板损伤临床诊断的首选方法。 |

| To investigate the diagnostic accuracy and clinical significance of MRI in the diagnosis of ACL and meniscus injury. 96 cases of knee joint and ligament injury in our hospital were selected as the research object, MRI diagnosis and arthroscopic diagnosis were performed. With arthroscopic diagnosis as the gold standard, the study analyzed of MRI techniques in the diagnosis of ACL knee meniscus injury of sensitivity, accuracy, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, Youden index and kappa value. The Results showed the sensitivity of MRI techniques in the diagnosis of ACL was 90.5%, the accuracy of 94.8% and the specificity of 96.0%, the diagnostic sensitivity of the meniscus injury was 84.6%, accuracy of 94.8% and the specificity of 98.6%. Kappa test of MRI and arthroscopy in diagnosis of ACL and meniscus injuries result showed high consistency (k=0.86,0.87). So MRI technology in the diagnosis of ACL and knee meniscus injury is safe and non-invasive,with high accuracy, and can be used as the first choice for clinical diagnosis of ACL and meniscus injury. |
