| 选择本院鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(SNIP)患者95例,依据手术方式分为观察组(鼻内镜联合Caldwell-luc术,n=40)、对照组(鼻内镜手术,n=55),记录其围术期指标、术后恢复情况及复发率。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组手术时间长、术中出血量大(P＜0.01)；两组手术有效率差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；观察组术后3、6个月LMS及VAS评分降低(P＜0.05)；观察组术后1年并发症发生率2.50%、复发率7.50%低于对照组16.36%、23.64%(P＜0.05),本研究表明,证实鼻内镜手术联合Caldwell-luc术治疗SNIP虽然会延长手术时间,增加术中出血量,但操作简单,可减少术后并发症、复发率,改善预后。 |

| patients with sinonasal inverted papilloma (SNIP) in the hospital were divided into the observation group (nasal endoscopic surgery combined with Caldwell-luc surgery, n=40) and the control group group (simple nasal endoscopic surgery, n=55) according to the surgical method. The perioperative indexes, postoperative recovery and recurrence rate were recorded. Results showed that compared to the control group, the surgical time was longer and intraoperative blood loss was more in the observation group (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in the effective rate of surgery (P>0.05). The LMS and VAS scores of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after surgery were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications and the recurrence rate in the observation group in 1 year after operation (2.50% and 7.50%) were lower than those in the control group (16.36% and 23.64%) (P<0.05). Although nasal endoscopic surgery combined with Caldwell-luc surgery for SNIP will prolong the surgical time and increase the intraoperative blood loss, and it has simple operation, and it can reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rate, and improve the prognosis, therefore it is worth carrying out in the basic hospital and clinical promotion. |
