活化素受体样激酶1(ALK1)是转化生长因子β(TGFβ)受体超家族的一种跨膜丝氨酸/苏氨酸受体激酶。ALK1主要在内皮细胞中表达,在内皮细胞生物学和血管再生中的作用已得到广泛研究。最近研究提示,ALK1在心血管内稳态中发挥重要作用,与心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文旨在描述ALK1信号传导的机制,讨论其在心血管内稳态中的作用及其与心血管疾病发生、发展间的联系,从而为心血管疾病的防治疗提供潜在的新靶点和新策略。 |

Activin receptor-like kinase 1 (ALK1) is a transmembrane serine/threonine receptor kinase in the transforming growth factor-beta receptor super family. ALK1 is mainly expressed in endothelial cells. The role of ALK1 in endothelial cell biology and in angiogenesis has been thoroughly studied. Recent studies suggest that ALK1 plays important roles in cardiovascular homeostasis and thereby is involved in the genesis and development of cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of this review is to present an updated view of mechanism of ALK1 signaling and discuss the role of ALK1 in cardiovascular homeostasis and the relationship between ALK1 and the development of cardiovascular disease, providing a new target and strategy for future diagnosis and therapy in cardiovascular diseases. |
