| 通过对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清中肠型脂肪酸结合蛋白(I-FABP)、降钙素原(PCT)联合超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)进行相关性分析及诊断学分析,探讨其对溃疡性结肠炎的诊断价值。结果显示,溃疡性结肠炎活动期和缓解期血清I-FABP、PCT及hs-CRP水平显著高于正常人,且活动期显著高于缓解期。随着溃疡性结肠炎由轻度、中度和重度的进展,患者血清中I-FABP、PCT及hs-CRP水平也显著增高。I-FABP、PCT与hs-CRP均呈正相关。I-FABP、PCT、hs-CRP三项指标联合检测的灵敏度、特异度及准确度显著高于任何单项指标的诊断学指标。结果说明,血清I-FABP、PCT联合hs-CRP可反映溃疡性结肠炎患者的严重程度和活动性。 |

| To investigate the diagnostic value of serum I-FABP and PCT combined with hs-CRP in the patients of ulcerative colitis (UC) by analyzed the serum levels of I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP and diagnostic criteria. The results showed that serum levels of I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP in the active and the remission periods of disease were significantly higher than those in the normal control, and The levels of I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP in patients with ulcerative colitis were significantly increased with mild, moderate and severe progression. I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP were positively correlated. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined detection of I-FABP, PCT, and hs-CRP were significantly higher than those of any single index, suggesting the serum I-FABP and PCT combined with hs-CRP could reflect the severity and activity in the diagnosis of UC patients. |
