| 本研究通过对比胃癌者和健康志愿者在血清热休克蛋白90(HSP90)含量方面的差异、评价血清HSP90胃癌诊断价值、分析胃癌患者血清HSP90表达与胃癌临床病理特征关系,以探讨HSP90对胃癌患者的诊断价值。结果发现胃癌组血清HSP90显著高于健康志愿者,工作特征曲线下面积0.754,约登指数最大值0.429,灵敏度80.00%、特异性62.86%,而血清HSP90与胃癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、临床分期、浸润深度、组织分化、淋巴结转移等均无显著相关,由此可见,血清HSP90对于胃癌诊断有一定参考价值,但与肿瘤分期、转移度等无相关。 |

| To explore the diagnostic value of serum heat shock protein 90(HSP90) for gastric cancer, and the relationship between the expression of HSP90 and the clinic pathological features of gastric cancer by comparing the expression of HSP90 between patients with gastric cancer and health people. The results showed that the serum HSP90 of gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers. The area under the characteristic curve of the work is 0.754, The maximum value of Youden's index 0.429, sensitivity 80%, specificity 62.86%. There is no significant correlation between serum HSP90 and sex, age, tumor size, clinical stage, depth of invasion, histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients. It can be seen that the serum HSP90 has the diagnostic value of gastric cancer but not in clinical stage, depth of invasion, etc. |
