探讨红花黄色素联合抗蛇毒血清对重型蝮蛇咬伤中毒患者炎症及安全性的影响。测定肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-6和IL-10水平,凝血功能、观察总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果显示, 红花黄色素联合抗蛇毒血清治疗后,能显著降低TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10水平。有效率显著增高,但凝血功能、不良反应发生率无显著差异。红花黄色素可有效降低蝮蛇咬伤患者TNF-α、IL-6表达,抑制IL-10增高,且有效率增高,安全性好,可成为治疗蝮蛇咬伤的临床辅助用药。 |

To investigate the effect of safflower yellow pigment combined with antivenom serum on inflammation and safety of patients with severe agkistrodon halys bite poisoning. The levels of TNF-alpha, IL-6 and IL-10 were measured. Meanwhile, the coagulation function, total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. The results showed that safflower yellow can significantly decrease the levels of TNF-αIL-6, IL-10. The effective rate was significantly increased, but there was no significant difference in coagulation function and incidence of adverse reactions. Safflower yellow pigment can effectively reduce the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in patients bited by Agkistrodon halys, inhibit the increase of IL-10, and increase the efficiency and have good safety, so it can be used as a clinical assistant drug for the treatment of Agkistrodon halys bite. |
