      本研究通过比较妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(观察组)和正常妊娠孕妇(对照组,)胎盘组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)表达强度,以及新生儿外周血免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)和T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)水平,以探讨IGF-1对新生儿免疫球蛋白和T细胞亚群的影响。结果显示:观察组孕妇胎盘组织IGF-1表达强度大于对照组,观察组新生儿外周血IgG、CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8低于对照组,而CD8高于对照组,Spearman分析显示IGF-1表达强度与IgG、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8呈负相关(Rs=-0.539,-0.421,-0.389,-0.503,P<0.05),而与CD8呈正相关(Rs=0.412,P<0.05)。本研究结果说明:妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎盘组织IGF-1表达强度明显增加,并影响新生儿外周血免疫球蛋白和T细胞亚群,引起新生儿免疫功能低下。

      To compare the expression of IGF-1 in placenta tissue of gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women (observation group) and normal pregnant women (control group), the immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) and T cell subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8) in the peripheral blood of newborns were compared as well, in order to investigate the effect of IGF-1 on Immunoglobulin and T cell subsets in newborns. The results of this study:the expression of IGF-1 in placenta tissue of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the IgG, CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the peripheral blood of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while CD8 was significantly higher than that of the control group, Spearman analysis showed that the expression of IGF-1 in placenta tissues was negatively correlated with IgG, CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood of newborns (Rs=-0.539, -0.421, -0.389, -0.503, P<0.05), but positively correlated with CD8 (Rs=0.412, P<0.05). The results of this study showed that:the expression of IGF-1 in placenta tissue of gestational diabetes mellitus increased significantly, and significantly affect the immunoglobulin and T cell subsets in newborns, which leads to the decrease of immune function in newborns.
