| MicroRNA作为新型肿瘤标志物被广泛研究报道,能提高肝癌早期的诊断率。本文主要利用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)方法分别检测血浆及组织中miR-4270的表达水平,分析其表达差异及临床价值。结果表明在血浆及组织中,肝癌患者miR-4270的表达水平都明显高于正常人(P＜0.05),与患者的年龄、性别、乙肝病毒定量、肿块大小、临床分型均无显著相关性(P＞0.05)。通过ROC曲线,可以得出miR-4270在诊断肝癌时的敏感度和特异性。生存曲线分析表明肝癌中miR-4270高表达者生存时间低于低表达组(P＜0.05)。血浆和组织中肝癌的miR-4270表达量均上调,对肝癌患者的初步诊断及预后有一定意义。 |

| MicroRNAs as a kind of new tumor markers are widely reported,and it can improve the early diagnostic rate of liver cancer.In this passage,in order to analyze the expression and clinical value of microRNA-4270,Quantitative Real-time PCR(qRT-PCR) was used to examine the expression level of miR-4270 in the plasma samples and tissue specimens,respectively.The result indicated that,in the plasma and the tissue,the expression level of microRNA-4270 for liver cancer patients was significantly higher than normal people(P＜0.05). Nevertheless,it was not related to age,gender,viral hepatitis,tumor size and AFP(Alpha Fetal Protein)(P＞0.05).The ROC curve reflected the sensitivity and the specificity in liver cancer diagnosis. Kaplan-Meier showed that those patients may have shorter survival time with the higher expression level of microRNA-4270(P＜0.05).The expression of microRNA-4270 was upregulated in liver cancer,and it may have important significance in the diagnosis and prognosis for primary liver cancer . |
