| 为探讨雷公藤多甙联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及机制,136例类风湿关节炎患者按数字单盲法分采用常规西药甲氨蝶呤(对照组)和雷公藤多甙联合甲氨蝶呤(观察组)治疗,记录患者治疗前后的关节功能分级及血清中细胞因子含量。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组类风湿关节炎患者治疗的总有效率明显增高(83.82% vs 92.65%), 不良反应总发生率低于对照组的(10.29% vs 4.41% ),细胞因子含量变化及关节功能分级明改善 (P均＜0.05)。结果提示采用雷公藤多甙联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效增高,不良反应下降,可能与降低血清中细胞因子含量有关。 |

| To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,136 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were treated with routine western medicine methotrexate (control group) or Tripterygium Glycosides combined with methotrexate (observation group), respectively. The classification of joint function and the levels of cytokines in serum were recorded before and after treatment. Compared to control group, the change of cytokine content and joint function in patients of grade was significantly better, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(83.82% vs 92.65%), and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower(10.29% vs 4.41% ) (P even <0.05). The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Tripterygium wilfordii combined methotrexate can increase the clinical efficacy with reduced adverse reactions in patients, which may be related to improving the serum levels of cytokines in patients. |
