| 探讨新型解剖型纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66椎间融合器在腹腔镜下腰椎前路L5/S1椎间盘切除椎间融合术中应用的初步临床疗效。在本院脊柱外科进行的21例腹腔镜下前路椎间盘切除椎间融合术中应用该新型椎间融合器,于术前、术后1周、术后3个月及术后6个月进行VAS评分及骨性融合和椎间隙高度变化情况分析。结果显示VAS评分在术后持续改善,椎间隙高度在术后变化无统计学差异,在术后6个月时均达到骨性融合。该研究验证了该新型椎间融合器应用于腹腔镜下腰椎前路 L5/S1椎间盘切除椎间植骨融合术的初步临床应用效果良好。 |

| To explore new anatomic nanoscale interbody-Hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 fusions cage in preliminary clinical application of anterior L5/S5 lumbar intervertebral discectomy bone graft fusion under laparoscopic. During twenty-one operations in the spine surgery department of our hospital, the new interbody fusion cage was applied in anterior lumbar intervertebral discectomy under laparoscopic, VAS score, osseous fusion and disc space height variation condition were analyzed pre-operation, one week post-operation, three months post-operation and 6 months post-operation. The result showed VAS score made progress continuously and the disc height of post-operation has no statiscal difference, it reached osseous fusion after six months post-operation. The study identified the application of new interbody fusion cage in anterior lumbar intervertebral discectomy under laparoscopic is efficient. |
