研制一种适合临床检测泌尿生殖道支原体的固体培养基,进行初步的临床应用。本文参考相关支原体固体培养基配方,改良营养成份和抑菌剂,并与生物梅里埃IST2肉汤和A7固体培养基进行比较。结果显示自制支原体固体与液体培养基在16 h和20 h时间段的阳性检出率均优于相应对照培养基,自制液体培养基与IST2抑菌效果基本一致,自制固体培养基与A7培养基有较好的一致性且差异无统计学意义,表明自制支原体固体培养基培养具有简便、快速、准确等优点,适合基层单位使用。 |

To develop a solid medium suitable for clinically detecting urogenital tract mycoplasmaand to conduct preliminary clinical application, the relevant formulation of solid medium were referred, and the nutrition ingredientand the bacteriostat were improved. Thedeterction performance comparisons were conducted among self-made mediums and BioMerieux IST2 broth and A7 solid medium. The results showed that the positive detection rates of both the self-made solid medium and fluid medium in 16 h and 20 h periods were higher than those of the corresponding medium control. The antibacterial effectiveness of self-made liquid medium and IST2 broth was basically the same. The self-made solid medium was in perfect agreement with the A7 solid medium and there was no significant difference between them. It indicated that the cultivation of self-made solid medium was simple, fast and accurate. It can be applied in primary health care institutions. |
