| 探讨骨康胶囊辅助手术治疗老年桡骨远端骨折患者对骨折愈合、功能恢复及骨代谢指标的影响。观察治疗前后血清中Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、腕关节功能恢复情况。术后2周,骨康胶囊能够增加血清中PICP、BGP、OPG、ALP水平；骨康胶囊显著缩短骨折愈合时间,增强手术后关节功能。康胶囊辅助手术治疗老年桡骨远端骨折可以促进骨折愈合、促进功能恢复、减少术后发生严重肿胀及疼痛。 |

| To investigate the Gukang capsule assisted surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with distal radius fracture healing and functional recovery of bone metabolism and bone fracture. Serum type I procollagen (PICP), osteocalcin (BGP) osteoprotegerin (OPG), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and wrist function recovery were observed. After treatment of 2 weeks, Gukang capsule can significantly increase the serum of PICP, BGP, OPG, ALP levels in patients and shorten the time of fracture healing. These data indicted that Kang capsule assisted surgery for the treatment of elderly patients with distal radius fractures can promote fracture healing, promote functional recovery, and reduce postoperative severe swelling and pain |
