| 经过对比输尿管软镜和微通道的经皮肾镜(mini-PCNL)治疗小于20mm肾结石病人手术效果,探讨对该类患者合适术式选择。收集122例小于20mm肾结石病人,其中75例行输尿管软镜术,47例行mini-PCNL术。两组病人术后1周内残石率、并发症发生率、手术时间、术后血红蛋白下降变化,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但输尿管软镜术病人会感觉更舒服,住院时间更短。 |

| To compare curative effects of mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL) and flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi with stone size less than 20mm,and to discuss the suitable operation choice for this type of renal calculi. A total of 122 patients with renal calculi were divided into research group and control group. 75 patients in research group received flexible ureteroscopy for treatment, and 47 patients in the control group received mini-PCNL for treatment. Comparison was made on one-week residual stone rate, postoperative complication rate,operation time, hemoglobin decrease,hospitalization time, comfort degree and curative effects of mini-PCNL and flexible ureteroscopy. There was no statistically significant difference of one-week residual stone rate, postoperative complication rate operation time or hemoglobin decrease (P>0.05). However, flexible ureteroscopy contains advantages of less operation time and better comfort degree. |
