| 探讨脑室腹腔分流术时腹腔末端分流管腹前壁腹膜固定在交通性脑积水治疗中的应用能否降低术后并发症的发生,提高疗效。回顾性分析本院125例交通性脑积水脑室-腹腔分流手术时不同固定方法对术后患者疗效及并发症的影响；脑室腹腔分流术时应用腹腔末端腹前壁腹膜固定技术能显著提高交通性脑积水的疗效、有效降低并发症；且操作简单,不增加患者手术时间及费用,值得临床推广应用。 |

| To investigate the application of fixation on the anterior abdominal wall at the end of the shunt tube in ventricular-peritoneal shunt for communicating hydrocephalus if it can reduce the complications and improve the efficacy postoperative. Retrospective analysis was performed on the efficacy and complications for fixation on the anterior abdominal wall at the end of the shunt tube in ventricular-peritoneal shunt in 125 cases of communicating hydrocephalus ventriculo-peritoneal shunt. The application of fixation on the anterior abdominal wall at the end of the shunt tube in ventricular-peritoneal shunt for communicating hydrocephalus can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of hydrocephalus and effectively reduce the abdominal complications; and the operation is simple, does not increase the operation time of patients, and is worthy of clinical application. |
