| 为了探讨布地奈德联合肺泡表面活性物质早期气管内滴入治疗早产儿重症呼吸窘迫综合症的疗效。选取46例III-IV级呼吸窘迫综合症的早产儿,分为研究组(布地奈德联合肺泡表面活性物质早期气管内滴入)和对照组(单独使用肺泡表面活性物质)。记录两组治疗期间呼吸机主要参数、肺氧合功能主要指标、呼吸机使用情况等。结果显示布地奈德联合肺泡表面活性物质较单独使用肺泡表面活性物质更有助于改善肺功能、提早撤机、缩短住院时间。 |

| To evaluate the effect of intratracheal instillation of surfactant and budesonide in preterm infants with neonatal severe respiratory distress syndrome, 46 cases of grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ respiratory distress syndrome of premature infants was selected and divided into research group (pulmonary surfactant combined budesonide) and control group (single use of pulmonary surfactant).The main parameters of ventilator,main indexes of oxygenation function and the use of ventilator were recorded in the two groups.The results showed that the combined pulmonary surfactant of budesonide was better for improving pulmonary function,accelerating extubation and shortening of hospital stay. |
