| 使用Philips iCT 256扫描及三维重建测量正常国人股骨远端解剖学参数,为符合国人解剖学特征的全膝关节置换术(TKA)假体设计提供解剖参数参考及理论依据。结果显示,国人股骨远端后髁角男性小于女性,而前髁角男性大于女性,具有性别差异性(P<0.05)；国人滑车沟角无性别差异性；国人男性股骨远端横径、股骨远端外侧髁高度及股骨面率均大于女性,具有性别差异性(P<0.05),提示国人股骨远端前髁角、后髁角及股骨面率解剖学参数具有性别差异性,在TKA中假体的设计与选择应予以体现,使假体与膝关节形态匹配度更高才能获得良好的治疗效果。 |

| Using Philips iCT 256 scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction to measure anatomical parameters of distal femur for normal people to provide anatomical reference parameters and theoretical design which is complied with Chinese anatomical features in the design of(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)prostheses.Results show that the posterior condylar angle of Chinese men was smaller than that of female,but anterior condylar angle was larger than that of female (P<0.05).There is no gender difference about trochlear angle of distal femur between male and female.The lateral condylar height,transverse diameter of distal femur and surface femoral ratio of Chinese men were larger than those of Chinese women (P<0.05), suggesting the anatomical parameters of anterior condylar angle,posterior condylar angle and surface femoral ratio have gender differences.The design and selection should be considered in TKA prosthesis,so that prosthesis and knee joint shape matching degree is higher and get good treatment effect. |
