      颈椎前路动态钢板相比刚性固定钢板在促进载荷分享及减少对临近节段的影响方面存在优势,但以往的生物力学研究没有观察跟随载荷的影响。本研究应用跟随载荷于单节段颈椎椎体次全切手术的生物力学测试,评估其对不同前路钢板生物力学性能的影响。15具新鲜冷冻人颈椎标本(C3~7)被随机平均分成刚性固定钢板组、平移动态钢板组、和旋转动态钢板组,在100 N跟随载荷及无跟随载荷下完成目标扭矩为2.0Nm的前屈、后伸、侧屈与轴向旋转测试。跟随载荷的应用与无压缩载荷相比减少了C4/6的ROM,增加了C3/4的ROM,增加了所有钢板前屈运动过程中的应力遮挡,但对平移钢板而言没有统计学意义。跟随载荷的应用相对增加了所有钢板的载荷遮挡与临近节段的运动,但同时增加了平移动态钢板相对其他钢板而言在载荷分享上的优势。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic plate has the advantage of promoting load sharing between plate and bone graft and reducing movement between adjacent sections.But previous biomechanical studies have not explored the influence of follower load.This research applied follower load on the biomechanical test of single level anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion,to explore the effect of follower load on the biomechanical properties of different plate.15 fresh-frozen human (C3-7) cervical specimen were randomized into rigid plate group,translating plate dynamic group and rotating dynamic plate group.Motion of flexion,extension,lateral bending and axial rotation have been done under a 2.0Nm pure moment with/without 100 N of follower load.The follower load decreased C4/6 ROM and increased C3/4 ROM,and also increased the load sharing during flexion for all the plates at the same time,but there was no significant difference for translational plates.The follower load increased load sharing and adjacent level effects for all the plate,but increased the difference of load sharing compared with the other plate.
