      探讨一种自行研制的可控应力器轴向压缩诱导山羊腰椎间盘退变的可行性,并观察山羊腰椎间盘的影像学变化。选取山羊16只,随机分为加压组和对照组,每组8只,用自行研制的可控应力器经皮固定于两组山羊的L4、5椎体,对山羊L4/5椎间盘进行轴向加压诱导,加压组轴向压缩应力设定为40N,对照组为0N,两组分别于术后第4周、第8周进行X线、磁共振检查。Pfirrmann 分级结果显示,第4周时,加压组山羊椎间盘Ⅲ级6只,Ⅱ级2只,对照组8只均为I级;第8周时,加压组椎间隙高度指数(DHI)小于对照组(P<0.05);加压组山羊椎间盘Pfirrmann 分级Ⅳ级5只,Ⅲ级3只,对照组8只仍均为I级。本实验结果说明,可控应力器轴向压缩诱导山羊腰椎间盘退变是可行的,相同可控应力轴向压缩诱导山羊椎间盘的时间越长,影像学的变化就越明显。

      To discuss the feasibility of the controllable stress device,which is created independently,inducing the goat’s lumbar disc degeneration by forcing axially,and observe the imaging manifestations.16 goats were chosen and randomly divided into pressure and control groups (every group,n=8).The device was fixed on the lumbar 4 and 5 of the goats by percutaneous puncture and compress the L4/5 disc.The force of compression was set as 40N the pressure group,and in the control group was 0N.At the time of the 4th and 8th week,all goats underwent the X-Ray and MRI examination.At 4th week,in the pressure group,6 goats were Pfirrmann level 3,2 goats were Pfirrmann level 2,and all the goats in control group was level 1.At 8th week,the DHI of pressure group was much less than control group(P<0.05).Among the pressure group,5 goats was Pfirrmann level 4,3 goats were Pfirrmann level 3,and all the goats in control group was level 1.According to the results,it is feasible that using the controllable stress device could induce the goat’s lumbar disc degeneration.The longer compression last by the same controllable force,the more obvious changes in imaging.
