| 本研究将56例晚期胃癌患者分为对照组和观察组,分析比较沙利度胺片联合一线化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效并探讨其与降钙素原水平的关系。与对照组相比,观察组近期疗效较好,无进展生存时间和总生存时间均较长,不良事件发生较少。化疗1个疗程后,观察组患者血清中PCT的水平较对照组低。沙利度胺联合一线化疗的疗效较单用化疗药物好,且能够降低部分不良反应发生的比例以及化疗后血清降钙素原的水平。 |

| In this study,56 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group.The clinical efficacy of thalidomide combined with first-line chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer was analyzed and the relationship between calcitonin was discussed.(P<0.05).The progression-free survival time and the total survival time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group (P<0.05).The adverse events in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After a course of chemotherapy,the level of PCT in the serum of the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Thalidomide combined with first-line chemotherapy is better than chemotherapy alone,and can reduce the proportion of part of the adverse reactions and serum levels of calcitonin after chemotherapy. |
