      目的 探讨添加ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)及微生态制剂的肠内营养(EN)支持对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者临床预后的影响。方法将本院92例SAP患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例。所有患者均给予急性胰腺炎规范化治疗,待肠功能恢复后均给予EN治疗,其中观察组给予添加ω-3 PUFA及微生态制剂的EN。经治疗12天后,比较两组患者APACHE-Ⅱ评分、营养指标(ALB,PAB)、免疫指标(TLC,IgA,IgG,IgM)及炎症反应指标(TNF-α,IL-6,CRP)变化情况。结果观察组APACHE-Ⅱ评分下降优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组营养指标、免疫指标及炎症反应指标改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论添加ω-3 PUFA及微生态制剂的EN辅助治疗SAP能改善患者营养状况、增强免疫功能,减轻患者急性反应期炎症反应,从而提高临床疗效。

      Objective To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition support adding ω-3PUFA and microecological preparations on the prognosis of the patients with SAP.MethodsA total of 92 cases of SAP were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 46 cases.All patients were treated with conventional treatment.After bowel function in patients with recovery,two groups were given enteral nutrition support,observation group received enteral nutrition support adding ω-3PUFA and microecological preparations.With treatment for 12 days,compare two groups with APACHE-Ⅱ score,nutrition indicators (ALB,PAB),immune index(TLC,IgA,IgG,IgM),inflammatory indicators(TNF-α,IL-6,CRP)changes.ResultsThe APACHE-Ⅱ score of the observation group fell more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group nutrition indicators,immune index and inflammatory indicators improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionEnteral nutrition support adding ω-3PUFA and microecological preparations treatment of patients with SAP can improve the nutritional status and immune function,reduce inflammation reaction,thus improve the clinical curative effect.
