| 目的 探讨肺癌组织中p63蛋白及CK5/6的表达及临床病理特点。方法应用免疫组化法检测100例肺癌患者肺癌组织中p63及CK5/6蛋白质的表达,并观察其临床病理特点。结果p63、CK5/6蛋白表达阳性率分别为56%、45%,阴性表达率分别为44%、55%；男性p63、CK5/6蛋白表达阳性率分别为60%、51.25%,显著高于女性的30%、15.00%；腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、腺鳞癌及小细胞肺癌其p63、CK5/6蛋白表达阳性率存在显著差异,且p63与CK5/6表达间存在正相关关系。结论肺癌患者的性别、病理类型均与p63及CK5/6的蛋白表达有关,这两种蛋白表达间存在正相关关系。 |

| Objective To detect the expression of p63 and CK5/6 in lung cancer and to evaluate their clinical significance.MethodsThe expressions of p63 and CK5/6 in 100 cases of lung cancer patients were detected by immunohistochemical method,and the clinicopathological features were observed.ResultsThe positive rate of p63 and CK5/6 protein expression in lung cancer was 56%,45%,negative rate was 44% and 55%；The positive rate of p63 and CK5/6 protein expression in male was 60%,51.25%,which was higher than 30 %,15% in female;There was a significant difference in the positive rate of p63 and CK5/6 protein expression in adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,adenosquamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer.There was a positive correlation between p63 protein expression and CK5/6 expression in lung cancer tissues.ConclusionGender and pathological types of lung cancer patients were related to the protein expression of p63 and CK5/6,and there was a positive correlation of protein expression between p63 and CK5/6. |
