| 目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(COPD)中和肽素(Copeptin)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)水平变化及其临床意义。方法72例COPD患者,按病情分为轻度组(n=15)、中度组(n=28)、重度组(n=29)。分析各组患者Copeptin、HMGB1水平变化。结果随着病情由轻到重,患者血清Copeptin、HMGB1、白介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平和肺组织HMGB1 mRNA及其蛋白水平依次均显著升高。重度组患者住院天数均长于轻度、中度组。急性加重期患者血清Copeptin水平与住院天数呈正相关。结论COPD 患者的严重程度和Copeptin及HMGB1表达水平呈正相关, Copeptin及HMGB1表达水平均可作为临床上评价COPD 的严重程度的生物学指标。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of Copeptin and HMGB1 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods72 patients with COPD in our hospital were analyzed,and divided into mild group (n=15),moderate group (n= 28),severe group (n= 29) according to COPD comprehensive evaluation by the disease from mild to severe.The levels of Copeptin and HMGB1 and the clinical significance of them in patients with COPD were evaluated.ResultsThe levels of serum Copeptin,HMGB1,IL-1β,TNF-α,tissue HMGB1 mRNA and protein were elevated with degree of COPD.Hospitalization days in severe group were statistically significantly longer than those of mild,moderate groups.The Copeptin levels and hospitalization days among patients with acute exacerbation had positive correlation.ConclusionThe severity of COPD was positively related to the levels of Copeptin and HMGB1.Therefore,which can be used as a biological indicator to evaluate the severity of COPD in clinic. |
