| 目的 探讨妊娠期高血压综合征患者gas6的表达水平及其影响因素。方法本院接受治疗的130例妊娠期高血压患者选为观察对象,同时选取100例血压正常的孕妇为对照组。观察两组患者血清gas6水平,比较不同临床特征妊娠期高血压综合征患者gas6的水平；单因素及多重逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果与对照组比较,妊娠期高血压组gas6水平明显增高(25.16±3.15 ng/mL)(P<0.05)；而且,SBP≥160 mmHg、体重指数(BMI)≥28 kg/m2、合并妊娠期糖尿病、游离脂肪酸(FFA)异常的妊娠高血压综合征患者gas6水平的显著升高(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压综合征患者gas6 水平较高,且血压、体重指数和游离脂肪酸是影响患者gas6 水平的因素。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression level of Gas6 in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and its influencing factors.Methods130 cases of hypertensive patients treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and 100 normal pregnant women were selected as control group.The serum levels of Gas6 were observed in two groups,and compared in the patients with different clinical characteristics of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,the factors affecting the level of Gas6 expression were analyzed by single factor and maltiple stepwise regression analysis.ResultsCompared with the control group,the level of Gas6 in the hypertensive group was significantly higher (25.16 + 3.15ng/mL) (P<0.05);SBP≥160mmhg,body mass index (BMI)≥28kg/m2,with gestational diabetes mellitus,abnormal free fatty acid (FFA) were the factors that increased Gas6 levels of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.ConclusionThe level of Gas6 in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome is higher,and the blood pressure,body mass index and free fatty acid are the factors that affect the level of Gas6 in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. |
