| 目的 观察依那普利叶酸联合心脉通治疗H型高血压的临床效果,并探讨其机制。方法106例H型高血压患者分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组给予依那普利叶酸片治疗,观察组给予依那普利叶酸片联合心脉通治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、炎性因子及心脑血管事件发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(96.2% vs 81.1%)。与对照组相比,观察组的SBP、DBP、Hcy、CRP、TNF-α、MMP-9水平显著降低,而NO、ET-1水平显著上升(P<0.05)。观察组的心脑血管事件发生率低于对照组(3.8% vs 15.1%)(P<0.05)。结论依那普利叶酸片联合心脉通治疗H型高血压的疗效确切,可显著降低心脑血管事件的发生率,其机制与降低炎性反应有关。 |

| Objective To study the effect of enalapril folic acid combined with Xinmaitong in the treatment of H type hypertension.Methods106 patients with type H hypertension were divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given enalapril folic acid tablets,the observation group was given enalapril folic acid tablets combined with Xinmaitong capsule.The clinical efficacy,systolic blood pressure (SBP),dilatation blood pressure (DBP),Homocysteine (Hcy) levels,inflammatory factors and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were compared.ResultsCompared to control group,the total effective rate of the observation groupwas significantly higher (96.2% vs 81.1%) (P<0.05).After treatment,compared to control group,the levels of SBP,DBP and Hcy,CRP,TNF- and MMP-9 in the observation group were significantly lower,but the levels of NO and ET-1 in the observation group were significantly better (P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (3.8% vs 15.1%) (P<0.05).ConclusionEnalapril folic acid tablets combined with Xinmaitong treatment of type H hypertension has significant effect,and can reduce inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of introducing. |
