| 目的 雷尼替丁与次枸橼酸铋钾联合治疗小儿消化性溃疡的效果观察。方法以在本院接受治疗的消化性溃疡患儿为观察对象。根据其治疗方式分为雷尼替丁治疗组(45例),雷尼替丁与次枸橼酸铋钾联合治疗组(联合治疗组,50例),观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率的差异。结果联合治疗组治疗的总有效率明显高于雷尼替丁组(98.0% vs 82.2%)(P<0.05)；联合治疗组患者腹痛、反酸、烧灼感缓解时间短于雷尼替丁组(P<0.05)；两组患者腹泻、腹胀、头晕等不良反应发生率无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论雷尼替丁与次枸橼酸铋钾联合治疗对小儿消化性溃疡有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者临床症状。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of ranitidine and bismuth subcitrate combined treatment of children with peptic ulcer.MethodsChildren suffered from peptic ulcer served as objects,they were treated with ranitidine (ranitidine treatment group,n=45),or treated with ranitidine and bismuth subcitrate (combined treatment group,n=50). The difference of therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe combined treatment group the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of ranitidine group(98.0% vs 82.2%)(P<0.05). After treatment,compared with ranitidine group,the ease time of abdominal pain,acid reflux,burning sense of combined treatment group was shorter (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea,abdominal distension,dizziness and other adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionCombination of ranitidine and bismuth subcitrate has a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer children,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients . |
