| 目的 分析重度子痫前期合并甲状腺功能减退症孕妇甲状腺激素水平及妊娠结局。方法重度子痫前期合并甲状腺功能减退症的孕妇70例,按照发病时间分为早发组35例和晚发组35例,另选同期在本院生产的正常孕妇为对照组(30例),分析三组甲状腺功能、妊娠结局及并发症发生情况。结果早发组和晚发组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平、剖宫产率、早产率、并发症发生率高于对照组,出生胎龄低于对照组(P<0.05)；早发组剖宫产率、早产率、死胎发生率显著高于晚发组(P<0.05),出生胎龄和1分钟Apgar评分显著低于晚发组(P<0.05),出生体重显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重度子痫前期合并甲状腺功能减退症孕妇TSH水平异常,不良妊娠结局及并发症发生率均较高。 |

| Objective To investigate the thyroid function and pregnancy outcomes in patients with severe preeclampsia complicated with hypothyroidism.Methods70 cases of patients with severe preeclampsia complicated with hypothyroidism were divided into early onset group (n=35) and late onset group (n=35),and 30 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as control group.Thyroid function and pregnancy outcomes of three groups were compared.Results The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),caesarean delivery rate and preterm delivery rate of early onset group and late onset group were significantly higher than that of control group (P＜0.05);and there were significantly differences in the incidence of stillbirth,gestational age and 1 min apgar score between three control group (P＜0.05);the birth weight of early onset group were significantly lower than that of control group (P＜0.05);The incidence rate of complication in early onset group and late onset group were significantly higher than that of control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe level of TSH in patient with severe preeclampsia complicated with hypothyroidism is abnormal,averse pregnancy outcomes and incidence rate of complication are severer than normal pregnant women,the screening of thyroid function in preeclampsia women should be strengthen. |
