      目的 探讨青藤碱(SIN)对脓毒血症大鼠急性肾损伤的保护作用。方法将SD大鼠75只随机均分为假手术组、脓毒血症模型组和SIN小、中、大剂量组,建模,术后24 h采用ELISA法测定血清、尿液中性粒细胞明胶相关脂质转运蛋白(NGAL)、肾损伤分子1(KIM-1)水平及血降钙素原(PCT)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)浓度,并对结果进行统计分析。结果和脓毒血症模型组相比,SIN大、中剂量组NGAL和KIM-1均显著降低;SIN大、中、小剂量组PCT均较脓毒血症组显著降低,而BUN及Scr均显著低于模型组;SIN大剂量组肾脏病理明显改善。结论SIN有效降低血清和尿液NGAL和KIM-1,降低血清PCT、BUN和Scr浓度,对脓毒血症所致的急性肾损伤起到一定保护作用。

      Objective To investigate the protective effect of sinomenine on acute kidney injury in rats with sepsis.Methods75 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,sepsis group and sinomenine,in modeling large,middle and small dose group,and after 24 h ELISA was used to test serum,urine neutrophil related lipid transport protein gelatin (NGAL),kidney injury molecule 1 (KIM-1) and the level of serum procalcitonin (PCT),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr) concentration,and the results were statistically analyzed.ResultsCompared with the sepsis group,the NGAL and KIM-1 in the large and middle dose group of sinomenine were significantly lower than those in the sepsis group,and the PCT of the large,middle and small dose group were significantly lower than those of the sepsis group,while BUN and Scr were significantly lower than those in the model group.SIN large dose group significantly improved renal pathology.ConclusionsSinomenine can effectively reduce serum and urine NGAL and KIM-1,decrease serum PCT,BUN and Scr,and play a protective role on acute kidney injury induced by sepsis.
