| 目的 分析经皮全脊柱内镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。 方法 经皮全脊柱内镜手术的腰椎间盘突出患者并随访时间超过12个月的共1143例。其中,经椎间孔入路832例,经椎板间隙入路311例。观察术中术后的并发症发生情况,采用Mac Nab标准评价术后12个月疗效。结果术中术后共发生并发症84例,发生率7.34%。术后12个月时随访优470例(41.1%)、良590例(51.6%)、可60例(5.2%)、差23例(2.0%),优良率92.7%。结论经皮全脊柱内镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症能够获得满意的临床疗效,但是存在一定的并发症,应该严格把握手术适应症,并做好并发症的应对措施。 |

| Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of Percutaneous full-endoscopic spine surgery for lumbar disc herniation.MethodsA retrospective review was performed on 1143 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by Percutaneous full-endoscopic spine surgery.The complications during operation and after operation were studied retrospectively and the 12th months of the follow-up were also evaluated by MacNab scores.ResultThe complications were found in 84 cases,with the incidence rate of 7.34%.The surgical outcomes were excellent in 470(41.1％)cases,good in 590(51.6％)cases,fair in 60(5.2％)cases with the excellent-to-good rate of 92.7％.ConclusionPercutaneous full-endoscopic spine surgery for lumbar disc herniation is reliable and effective.But,the complications are not uncommon,the surgical indication should be strictly managed,and the solutions should be prepared. |
