| 目的 探讨放射介入联合治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在我院治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者81例,根据治疗方式分为观察组42例(行放射介入联合治疗)和对照组39例(行腹腔镜切除术),观察两组患者临床症状缓解、肿块消退等效果。结果观察组临床症状缓解0～2级为34例,总有效率明显高于对照组(80.95% vs 56.85%)(P＜0.05)；观察组肿块消退总有效率明显高于对照组的(73.81% vs 46.15%)(P＜0.05)；两组生存率(1、2年)及并发症差异无统计学意义。结论放射介入联合治疗妇科恶性肿瘤有较好治疗疗效,值得在临床推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined therapy of radiation and intervention with gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods81 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients was selected in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015,according to the treatment methods were divided into the observation group 42 cases (radiation and intervention therapy) and control group 39 cases (laparoscopic surgery),the clinical symptoms remission,tumor regression in the two groups of patients were observed.ResultsThe clinical symptoms remission 0~2 level in the observation group was 34 cases,total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (80.95% vs 56.85%) (P<0.05);Compared to the control group,the regression total effective rate was significantly higher(46.15% vs 73.81%)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in survival rates (1 and 2 years ) and complication rate between the two groups.ConclusionRadiation intervention treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors with a better therapeutic effect,and is worthy of promotion. |
