| 目的 探讨转化生长因子(TGF-β1)在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的作用。方法选择本院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者(PDR)60例,同时选择本院同期收治的60例单纯糖尿病(DM)无视网膜病变患者作为单纯DM组、健康体检的人群60例作为健康对照组,采集血液标本检测三组的TGF-β1和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和血脂水平,并且予以对比分析。结果与健康对照组对比,PDR组和单纯DM组的FPG和HbA1c水平明显升高(P<0.05),但FPG和HbA1c在PDR组和单纯DM组之间无显著的差异性。与健康对照组对比,PDR组和单纯DM组TC水平、TG水平、LDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05),但PDR组和单纯DM组的HDL-C水平无显著的差异性(P>0.05),三组BMI比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。与健康对照组对比,PDR组TGF-β1和CTGF水平明显显著升高(P<0.05)；与单纯DM组对比,PDR组TGF-β1水平和CTGF水平明显更高(P<0.05)；且单纯DM组和健康对照组的TGF-β1水平和CTGF水平比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1在糖尿病性视网膜病变的发生密切相关,有望成为诊断该病的一个生物标志物。 |

| Objective To study the role of transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1) in diabetic retinopathy.Methods60 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) from Jan 2013~Jan 2015 in our hospital were admitted in the study,while the simple diabetes as DM control group (SDM,n=60),in addition,health check-up crowd as healthy control group (HCG,n=60),the blood levels of TGF-β1,connective tissue growing factor(CTGF),blood glucose and blood lipid in the three groups were analyzed.Resultscompared with health control group,the PDR and SDM groups had a significantly higher levels of FPG,HbA1c (P<0.05);evels of FPG,HbA1c level between PDR and SDM groups had no significant difference.Compared with HDG,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the PDR and SDM groups were significantly higher (P<0.05).But the HDL-C level between PDR and DM groups had no significant difference.The difference of BMI in the three groups is not statistically significant.Compared with HCG group or SDM group,the levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF in the PDR group was obviously higher(P<0.05).But the difference of TGF-β1 and CTGF levels between SDM and HCG is not statistically significant.ConclusionTGF-β1 is closely related to the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy,which maybe provide a certain mark to assess the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy. |
