| 目的 探讨可视喉镜在急诊科危重症患者实施气管插管中的应用效果。方法选取本院急诊科2014年10月～2015年10月手术治疗的88例重症需进行紧急气管插管患者进行回顾性分析,其中47例患者在可视喉镜下进行气管插管(可视组)、41例患者采取常规的光纤喉镜下进行气管插管(常规组),对比使用两种喉镜下的插管效果差异。结果可视组患者的声门暴露时间、插管时间均显著的低于常规组患者(P<0.05)；可视组患者一次插管成功率89.36%显著的高于常规组患者的65.85%(P<0.05)；可视组患者的气管插管并发症发生率10.64%显著的低于常规组患者的26.83%(P<0.05)。结论可视喉镜在急诊科危重症患者实施气管插管中的应用可有效缩短插管时间、提高首次插管成功率、减少气管插管并发症。 |

| Objective To explore the application of glidescope tracheal intubation in the emergency department.Methods88 cases with surgical treatment of severe need of emergency intubation from Oct 2014~Oct 2015 in the emergency department of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,including 47 patients in the glidescope(visual laryngoscope) intubation (visual group),41 patients taking intubation under conventional fiber optic laryngoscope (conventional group),the effect of the implementation under two laryngoscope was compared.ResultsThe glottal exposure time,intubation time of visual group were significantly lower than conventional group(P<0.05);the success rate of visual group of 89.36% was significantly higher than the conventional group of 65.85% (P<0.05);Intubation complication rate of visual group of 10.64% was significantly lower than the conventional group of 26.83%(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of video laryngoscopes in the emergency department tracheal intubation can effectively shorten the intubation time and improve the success rate of first intubation,reducing complications of endotracheal intubation. |
