目的 探讨宫颈癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、P21、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及意义。方法回顾性分析行外科手术治疗的48例确诊宫颈癌患者临床资料(观察组),将同期因其他原因入院行子宫切除术的50例患者纳入对照组。免疫组化法分析两组受试者宫颈组织中COX2、P21、MMP-9的表达情况。结果观察组宫颈组织中MMP-9及COX-2阳性率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);其中临床分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的患者MMP-9、COX-2阳性率显著低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者(P<0.05)。观察组腺癌患者及对照组患者宫颈组织中P21表达均为阴性,阳性率为0.0%;观察组鳞癌患者阴性率为30.6%,阳性率为69.4%,显著高于同组的腺癌患者及对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者宫颈病变组织中COX-2、MMP-9和P21均为高表达,且COX-2、MMP-9表达水平同临床分期关系密切,P21表达水平同病理类型关系密切。 |

Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-22),P21 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in cervical cancer tissues and analyse its significance.MethodsThe clinical data of 48 patients with confirmed cervical cancer who underwent surgery (Study group) were analyzed retrospectively. 50 patients who underwent hysterectomy because of other reasons were served as control group.The expression of COX2,P21 and MMP-9 in cervical tissues was tested by immuno histochemistry in the two groups.ResultsThe positive rates of MMP-9 and COX-2 in cervical tissues in the study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),and those in patients at clinical stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ were significantly lower than those at stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ (P<0.05).P21 positively expressed in cervical tissues of patients with adenocarcinoma in study group and control group,and the positive rate was 0.0% while the negative rate and positive rate in patients with squamous cell carcinoma in study group (30.6% and 69.4%) were significantly higher than those in patients with adenocarcinoma in the same group and patients in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCOX-2,MMP-9 and P21 are highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues,and the expression levels of COX-2 and MMP-9 are closely related to clinical stage while the expression level of P21 is closely related to the pathological type. |
