| 目的 探讨注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球治疗巧克力囊肿的临床效果及不良反应分析。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,把入选的103个病例分为2组,单纯腹腔镜下行卵巢巧克力囊肿切除术(常规组)52例,腹腔镜手术后加用注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球(微球组)51例。比较2组治疗前后的卵巢包块体积及血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSG)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果治疗后卵巢包块体积变化率两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；药物治疗后激素(雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素)水平两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；用药过程中,不良反应发生率在微球组与常规组之间无显著差异；随访6个月,微球组复发率低于常规组(9.80% vs 23.08%)(P<0.05)。结论醋酸亮丙瑞林微球辅助腹腔镜手术治疗巧克力囊肿有效,安全性高。 |

| Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of leuprorel in acetate microspheres in treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary.MethodsA total of 103 patients with chocolate cyst of ovary were divided into two groups and were retrospective analysis.Pure laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst resection (Conventional group) 52 cases,laparoscopic surgery plus injection of leuprolide release microspheres (microspheres group) 51 cases.The ovarian mass volume and levels of serum estradiol,the levels of FSH,LH were compared in the two groups before and after the treatment.ResultsAfter the treatment,there was significant difference in the rate of changes of ovarian mass volume in the two groups (P<0.05);the levels of hormones (E2,FSH,LH) have a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the rate of adverse effects between the two groups;The relapse rate of the microspheres group was lower than that of the conventional group (9.80% vs 23.08%) (P<0.05).ConclusionLeuprolide microspheres assisted laparoscopic surgery for cysts effective and safe. |
