| 目的 观察甲状旁腺切除术治疗尿毒症继发甲状旁腺功能亢进并导致骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法采用自身对照研究方法,选择我院尿毒症继发甲状旁腺功能亢进并导致骨质疏松症患者,使用甲状旁腺切除术方法,设术前为观察组,术后3个月、6个月为对照组,以骨密度值、骨痛症状、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、血钙、血磷为监测指标数据评估疗效。结果甲状旁腺切除术后此类患者血钙维持在正常范围、血磷、血iPTH水平明显下降,临床骨痛、骨密度等明显改善。结论甲状旁腺切除术安全,有效治疗尿毒症并发症导致的骨质疏松症,控制体内血磷和血钙水平,缓解骨质疏松症状,明显改善生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe the curative effects of parathyroidectomy on treating uremic patients’ osteoporosis caused by secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT).MethodsThe authors apply self-comparison method in the research.Uremic patients with osteoporosis caused by secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) were chosen from the hospital,who received parathyroidectomy.Patients were classified according to their treatment periods.Consider patients’ pre-operation data as observation group and that of their 3 month/6 month post-operation as comparison groups.The curative effects were evaluated with monitoring data ranging from bone density values,ostealgic symptoms,parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood calcium to blood phosphorus.ResultsThe research finds that after the operation,the patients’ blood calcium maintain within normal values,PTH level and blood phosphorus level decline obviously,clinic ostealgic symptoms and bone density values improve dramatically.ConclusionParathyroidectomy can effectively treat uremic patients’ osteoporosis caused by secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT).The operation is safe and with satisfying treating results,which can effectively maintain blood calcium can blood phosphorus,relieve ostealgic symptoms and improve patients’ living quality obviously. |
