| 目的 探讨NT-proBNP、cTnI在重症肺炎合并心力衰竭时的水平变化及临床意义。方法重症肺炎患儿142例分为心衰组和重症肺炎组,50例健康儿童为健康对照组,检测三组血清NT-proBNP和cTnI水平,39例心衰组患儿病情平稳后复查NT-proBNP和cTnI。结果三组血清NT-proBNP、cTnI水平比较,心衰组高于重症肺炎组和对照组,重症肺炎组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；心衰组cTnI异常率高于重症肺炎组(P＜0.05)；不同心功能分级患儿血清NT-proBNP、cTnI水平差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；心衰组治疗后血清NT-proBNP、CK-MB水平均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05)。结论血清NT-proBNP、cTnI水平升高可作为儿童重症肺炎合并心衰的辅助诊断指标,两者联合检测对儿童重症肺炎合并心衰具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical value of serum levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI in children with pneumonia pediatric combined with heart failure.Methods142 cases of children with severe pneumonia were selected,and were divided into heart failure group and severe pneumonia group.50 cases of healthy volunteers during the same period were selected as healthy control group.The serum levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI of 39 children in heart failure group after stable condition were measured.ResultsThe level of NT-proBNP and cTnI in heart failure group was higher than that of severe pneumonia group and healthy control group (P＜0.05); The abnormal rate of cTnI in heart failure group was higher than that of severe pneumonia group (P＜0.05); The differences of levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI among children with different heart function classification were significant (P＜0.05); The levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI in heart failure group after treatment were lower than that of before treatment(P＜0.05).ConclusionsThe elevated levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI can be used as auxiliary diagnosis index of children with severe pneumonia combined with heart failure.There is a great significance of NT-proBNP and cTnI in detecting children with severe pneumonia combined with heart failure. |
