目的 分析老年进展性缺血性脑卒中患者外周血内的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化,为该疾病的临床诊治提供参考。方法以本院2012年1月~2015年7月间收治的100例进展性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究组,以同时期收治的60例非进展性缺血性脑卒中患者为对照组。对比两组入院后第1天,第2天,第3天的Hcy水平,比较并考察美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分;Hcy水平是否与脑卒中的病情进展有关。结果入院后第1天,第2天,第3天,研究组的Hcy水平、NIHSS评分均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但各组组内却未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组中高Hcy患者83例,对照组为22例,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在神经功能损伤患者比例方面,两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。Pearson相关分析示,外周血Hcy水平与患者NIHSS评分呈显著正相关(r=0.724,P<0.05)。结论进展性缺血性脑卒中患者外周血内的Hcy水平均明显高于非进展性患者,这可能是导致患者神经功能损伤的重要原因。 |

Objective To analyze the changes of Homocysteine (Hcy) levels in the peripheral blood of patients with progressive ischemic stroke,and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods100 patients with progressive ischemic stroke as the research group,and 60 cases of non progressive ischemic strok as the control group,which were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2015.The levels of Hcy and National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) in two groups were compared after the first day,second day,third day,and the level of Hcy and NIHSS was related to the development of stroke.ResultsThe levels of Hcy and score of NIHSS in the study group were higher than those in the control group at the first day,second day and third day after admission,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference (P>0.05).There were 83 patients with high Hcy in the study group,22 in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05) in the proportion of patients with neurologic impairment.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the peripheral blood Hcy levels were significantly positively correlated with the NIHSS score (r=0.724,P<0.05).ConclusionThe level of Hcy in peripheral blood of patients is significantly higher than that of non progress,which may be the important cause of nerve function injury. |
