| 目的 探讨血浆可溶性晚期糖基化终末产物受体(sRAGE)的水平在脓毒症早期诊断中的价值。方法选取脓毒症患者30例作为脓毒血症组,其中存活患者18例,死亡患者12例,应用ELISA法检测患者血浆sRAGE水平；选取正常者30例作为正常组,比较两组之间血浆sRAGE水平。结果与正常组比较,脓毒血症组患者血浆sRAGE水平显著增高(505.0±71.2 pg/mL vs 172.7±34.0 pg/mL),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。存活组与死亡组比较,两组患者血浆sRAGE水平分别为(476.4±79.4 pg/mL)和(524.1±60.0 pg/mL),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论sRAGE可以作为脓毒症早期诊断的辅助手段。 |

| Objective To investigate the levels of sRAGE in patients with sepsis and explore the early diagnostic value of sRAGE in sepsis.Methods30 patients with sepsis were chosen as observation group,survive 18 patients and 12 ones were dead.And 30 normal persons served as healthy controls.The level of sRAGE was detected by using ELISA and was contrasted between two groups.ResultTo compared with healthy controls,sRAGE level of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05).But,the level of plasma sRAGE between the survive and the death,sRAGE level of the death was not significantly deference(P＞0.05).ConclusionsRAGE can be used as a supplementary means in the early diagnosis of sepsis. |
