      目的 探讨呼吸性疾病患者革兰氏阴性杆菌的分布情况,并分析其耐药性。方法收集本院呼吸内科100例患者的125株感染标本的细菌株,包括痰液标本、血液标本,对所有标本进行细菌定量培养,以细菌数≥106为致病菌诊断标准,分析其中的革兰氏阴性菌的分布情况,并进行药敏试验。结果125株革兰氏阴性杆菌中34株为大肠埃希菌,24株鲍曼不动杆菌,18株铜绿假单胞菌,10株阴沟肠杆菌,18株肺炎克雷伯菌以及21株其他菌株。其中阿米卡星、头孢噻肟、美罗培南以及头孢曲松对大肠埃希菌的耐药率分别为79.41%、76.47%、76.47%、70.59%,而大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林以及头孢哌酮比较敏感;鲍曼不动杆菌对氨苄西林和头孢唑啉的耐药率为100.00%;对头孢曲松的耐药率为91.67%;铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林以及头孢曲松的耐药率为100.00%,对头孢噻肟以及左氧氟沙星的耐药率为94.44%,阴沟肠杆菌对氨苄西林的耐药率为90.00%。结论呼吸道感染常见病原菌以大肠埃希氏杆菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌等为主。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the distribution of gram negative bacilli in patients with respiratory disease and analyze their drug resistance.Methods125 bacterial strains of infections from 100 patients with respiratory medicine specimens,which include sputum and blood specimen,were collected and cultured.By taking Bacteria count more than106 as the standard,the study analysed the distribution of gram negative bacteria,and took drug sensitive test.ResultsAmong 125 strains of pathogenic gram negative bacilli,there were 34 strains of pneumonia escherichia coli,24 strains of acinetobacter baumannii,18 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa,10 strains of enterobacter cloacae,18 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae and 21 strains of other strains.The amikacin,cefotaxime cefotaxime,meropenem and ceftriaxone against escherichia coli resistance ratio was 79.41%,76.47%,76.47%,70.59% respectively,while escherichia coli is sensitive to cefoperazone and ampicillin.Bauman Acinetobacter resistance to ampicillin and cefazolin was 100%,and to ceftriaxone was 91.67%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant rate to ampicillin and ceftriaxone was 100%,to levofloxacin and levofloxacin was 94.44%.Enterobacter cloacae of ampicillin resistance rate was 90%.ConclusionEscherichia coli,bauman Acinetobacter,pseudomonas aeruginosa were the main gram negative bacillis causing hospitalized patients with?drug resistance.
