| 目的 探讨拉莫三嗪(LTG)单药治疗特殊类型(育龄期女性)癫痫患者的血药浓度与临床疗效及安全性的关系。方法对120例患者进行LTG单药治疗;采用高效液相色谱法监测患者的血药浓度；依据血药浓度分成小于1.0 μg/mL的低浓度组、大于8.0 μg/mL高浓度组及1.0~8.0 μg/mL的典型疗效组3个组别进行对照分析。结果回归方程为Y=0.3574X-0.0589,r=0.9992,线性范围为0.2～20.0 μg/mL；120例患者的血药浓度在0.498～15.886 μg/mL范围内,平均血药浓度为4.25±3.192 μg/mL。对于不同血液浓度的三个组别差异均有显著性(P<0.05)；癫痫三个发作类型与部分性发作比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)；治疗总有效率达76.67%；LTG对癫痫各类型发作疗效显著,对部分性发作尤为明显。结论LTG血药浓度为1.0~8.0 μg/mL对育龄期女性癫痫多种类型患者的疗效安全确切。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship among plasma concentration and clinical efficacy and safety of the patients with special type (women of childbearing age) epilepsy treated by lamotrigine (LTG) single drug.MethodsFirst,LTG Single drug therapy to 120 patients;Second,monitor the patients' plasma concentration with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC);Third,case-control study by dividing into three groups according to the plasma concentration:namely,low-concentration group (less than 1.0 μg/mL),high-concentration group (greater than 8.0 μg/mL) and typical curative effect group (bettwen1.0~8.0 μg/mL).Results①The regression equation was y=0.3574X-0.0589,r=0.9992,linear range was 0.2~20.0 μg/mL;the plasma concentrations of 120 patients were in the range of 0.498~15.886 μg/mL,and the mean serum concentration was (4.25±3.192) μg/mL.②All three groups with different plasma concentration present significance (P<0.05),compare three seizure type of epilepsy to partial seizures,all possess significance (P<0.05);③The total effective rate in the treatment reaches 76.67%.LTG has significant curative effect to various epilepsy seizures type,especially to partial seizures.ConclusionLTG Plasma concentration with range of 1.0 ~8.0 μg/mL is effective and safe in the treatment to female patients of childbearing age with various type of epilepsy. |
