| 目的 观察辅助性T细胞1(Th1)、辅助性T细胞2(Th2)、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)在老年湿疹患者血清中的表达,探讨血清细胞因子水平与湿疹的病理特征的相关性。方法收集在本科确诊为老年湿疹患者60例的临床资料,并选取健康对照组40例。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中Th的特征细胞因子γ-干扰素(INF-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)及白介素-17A(IL-17A)的表达水平,分别比较Th细胞相关因子在急慢性,或泛发和局限型湿疹中的差异。结果与健康对照组相比,老年湿疹患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17A显著升高(t=10.570,10.874,14.611；均P＜0.001)。其中老年急性湿疹患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4及IL-17A显著高于慢性期(t=3.787,3.815,5.338；均P＜0.001)；泛发型患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4及IL-17A明显高于局限型(t=2.458,2.139,3.019；均P＜0.05)。结论血清IFN-γ、IL-4及IL-17A参与老年湿疹的进展与预后,并且Th细胞相关因子表达的不同可作为反映临床类型的指标。 |

| Objective To observe the expression of helper T cell 1 (Th1),helper T cell 2 (Th2) and helper T cell 17 (Th17) in serum of elderly patients with eczema,and to explore the correlation between serum cytokine levels and pathological characteristics of eczema.MethodsThe clinical data of 60 elderly patients diagnosed with eczema in our department between June 2013 and September 2015 were collected and 40 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group.The expression levels of serum Th cell related cytokines[interferon-γ (INF-γ),interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-17A (IL-17A)] were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The differences of Th cell related cytokines in acute and chronic,or generalized and localized eczema were compared.ResultsThe levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17A in elderly patients with eczema were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group (t=10.570,0.874,4.611;all P<0.001).The levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17A in elderly patients with acute eczema were significantly higher than those in patients with chronic eczema (t=3.787,3.815,5.338,all P<0.001);The levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17A in patients with generalized eczema were significantly higher than those in patients with localized eczema (t=2.458,2.139,3.019;all P<0.05).ConclusionSerum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17A are involved in the progression and prognosis of eczema,and the different expression of Th cytokines can be used as indicators for reflecting clinical types. |
