| 目的 探讨和分析百令胶囊口服联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法收集本院内分泌科收治较为完整资料的桥本氏甲状腺炎患者100例,依据治疗方式的不同分为对照组47例与研究组53例。其中对照组为单独口服百令胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗。观察两组治疗有效率、甲状腺体积、甲功五项及不良反应情况。结果研究组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组和对照组治疗后超声显示甲状腺体积较治疗前均明显缩小(P<0.05),且研究组右侧前后径、上下径和左侧左右径、上下径与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；两组患者甲功五项较治疗前有显著提升(P<0.05),其中研究组在甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)和甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)含量改善程度上显著优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组间血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)；两组未见严重不良反应情况。结论百令胶囊联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎疗效肯定,无明显不良反应,可显著提升治疗效果。 |

| Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Bailing Capsule Combined with oral Cu Ann Ned local injection in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods100 Hashimoto thyroiditis patients collected from Endocrinology Department of our hospital were divided into two groups,according to different treatment modalities.Among them,47 cases were treated as the control group,and 53 cases were treated with local injection of Cu Ann Ned as the study group.The treatment efficiency,thyroid size,thyroid volume,thyroid function and adverse reaction incidence were observed.ResultsThe clinical curative effect of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05),the study group and control group after ultrasound showed thyroid volume compared with those before treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.05),but after treatment the thyroid size differences had no significant difference (P>0.05);two groups' thyroid function of five indexes significantly improved (P<0.05) compared with those before treatment,TGAb and TPOAb content improvement degree of the study group is significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05),but in terms of the comparison of FT3,FT4,STSH,the difference between the two groups is not significant (P>0.05);two groups had no serious adverse reactions.ConclusionCorbin capsule in combination with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide is effective in treatment of HT.With no obvious adverse reaction,and can significantly improve the therapeutic effect. |
