| 目的 探讨银杏达莫辅助常规疗法治疗耳鸣患者的临床效果。方法选取本院耳鼻咽喉—头颈外科门诊诊治的117例耳鸣患者进行研究,依据患者就诊序号分为研究组58例和对照组59例,两组患者均常规给予盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组加用银杏达莫辅助治疗,疗程均为2周,对比两组的临床治疗效果及治疗前后的椎基底动脉供血变化情况。结果治疗前,研究组和对照组的耳鸣程度评分、听力阈值、Vm、PI值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者的耳鸣程度评分、听力阈值、PI值评分显著的低于对照组患者,椎基底动脉Vm显著的高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组患者的愈显率70.69%、总有效率94.83%均显著的高于对照组的53.54%、81.36%,并发症率12.07%显著的低于对照组患者的28.81%且差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论银杏达莫辅助常规疗法治疗耳鸣患者能够进一步提高临床效果,同时改善患者椎基底动脉供血不足的情况。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole auxiliary routine therapy for the treatment of tinnitus patients.Methods117 cases of tinnitus patients were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital according to the number of patients,the patients were divided into study group (58 cases) and control group (59 cases),two groups of patients were given flunarizine treatment,study group was treated with Yinxingdamo for adjuvant therapy,treatment for 2 weeks,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared and the changes of the blood supply of vertebral basilar artery before and after treatment.ResultsBefore treatment,the differences of tinnitus severity,hearing threshold,Vm,pI value had no statistical significance in the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group of patients with tinnitus severity,hearing threshold,pI value score significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),vertebrobasilar artery Vm significantly higher than control group (P<0.05);The effective rate (70.69%) and total efficiency (94.83%) of the study group were significantly higher than the control group 53.54% and 81.36% respectively.The rate of complications in the study group significantly lower than that of the control group (12.0% vs 28.8%)(P<0.05).ConclusionYinxingdamo assist conventional therapy for tinnitus sufferers can further improve clinical results, while improving patient vertebrobasilar insufficiency situation. |
