目的 探讨个体化的饮食营养干预对维持性血液透析患者蛋白质热能耗损状态的影响。方法根据患者的血清蛋白、体质指数(BMI)、饮食记录的方法对66例维持性血液透析患者进行评估,对诊断存在蛋白质热能耗损及单项异常情况的患者根据其营养状况的不同予以饮食营养干预2个月。比较干预前、干预完成时与干预完成2月后比较患者的蛋白质热能耗损发生率、单项异常发生率。结果干预完成时与干预完成2月后患者的蛋白质热能耗损发生率、单项异常发生率均低于干预前,干预2月后患者的蛋白质热能耗损发生率与单项异常发生率与干预完成时、干预前比较差异无统计学意义。结论个体化的饮食营养干预可以降低血液透析患者蛋白质热能耗损发生率。 |

Objective To explore the effect of individualized dietary on the protein-energy wasting in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.MethodsAssess the condition of protein-energy wasting and one way abnormality in 66 patients according to the serum albumin,BMI and dietary intake,then implement different dietary nutritional intervention based on their nutritional status.To compare the incidence of protein energy wasting and one way abnormality before intervention,the time when the intervention completed and 2 months after intervention completed.ResultsA comparison on incidence of protein-energy wasting and one way abnormality reveals that when the intervention completed the incidencwas lower than the time before intervention,the difference between the time of 2 months and the time after intervention completed was not statistically significant,the difference between the time of 2 months and the time before intervention was not statistically significant.ConclusionIndividualized dietary intervention can decrease the incidence of protein-energy wasting. |
