目的 分析研究亚甲蓝染色法乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术(SLNB)158例的检测结果,为临床手术治疗提供数据参考。方法选择乳腺癌患者158例,所有患者均给予亚甲蓝染色法SLNB术,观察并统计乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小和位置、术前化疗情况以及腋窝淋巴结肿大情况。分析亚甲蓝染色法SLNB术对于乳腺癌前哨淋巴结(SLN)的检出情况,并分析影响乳腺癌SLN检出的危险因素。结果亚甲蓝染色法SLNB术检测乳腺癌SLN的准确度为94.94%,敏感度为94.38%,特异度为95.65%,肿瘤大小>5 cm及触及腋窝淋巴结肿大的SLN检出率均显著少于肿瘤大小≤5 cm及未触及腋窝淋巴结肿大者(P<0.05)。肿瘤大小及腋窝淋巴结肿大均为乳腺癌SLN检出的危险因素。结论亚甲蓝染色法应用于SLNB术中,检测价值较高,但临床亦应关注乳腺癌SLN检出的危险因素。 |

Objective To study the result of 158 cases of sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer by methylene blue staining method,to provide data reference for clinical surgical treatment.MethodsFrom June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital 158 patients with breast cancer were treated with methylene blue staining method for SLNB their age,tumor size and location,preoperative chemotherapy and axillary lymph nodes situation were observed,the detection of SLN in breast cancer by methylene blue staining,and the risk factors of SLN detection in breast cancer were analyzed.ResultsThe methylene blue staining method for SLNB for breast cancer detection SLN accuracy was 94.94%,sensitivity was 94.38%,specificity was 95.65%,tumor size > 5 cm and hit axillary lymph node enlargement of SLN detection rate were significantly less than tumor size≤5 cm and not palpable axillary lymph nodes,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Tumor size and axillary lymph nodes were the unfavorable factors for SLN detection in breast cancer.ConclusionMethylene blue staining method was applied to SLNB operation,the detection value was higher,but the clinic should also pay attention to the unfavorable factors of SLN detection in breast cancer. |
