| 目的 探讨胎儿颅后窝池深度与孕周的关系及其临床意义。方法 测量妊娠中晚期胎儿颅后窝池深度并进行随访观察及总结分析，同时分析颅后窝池深度与孕周的关系。结果 颅后窝池深度2～10 mm与孕周相关系数r值为0.405，P值为0.038，颅后窝池深度小于2 mm胎儿19例，均为畸形病例，颅后窝池深度大于10 mm胎儿78例，随访证实正常49例，畸形29例。结论 妊娠中晚期颅后窝池深度与孕周存在相关性。颅后窝池深度的变化可以为筛选胎儿畸形提供重要的诊断线索。 |

| Objective To analyze the relationship between gestational age and the depth of cisterna magna and to understand their clinical significance. Method During the 2nd or 3rd trimester,the depth of fetal cistrena magna was measured by ultrasound.For each abnormal case,a thorough evaluation of fetal anatomy was performed and followed up.The relationship between gestational age and the depth cisterna magna was analyzed. Results The relationship between the depth of the cisterna magna and gestational age was found （r0.405,P0.038）.19 fetuses were clinically diagnosed as malformations,complicated with disappearance or diminishment of the cisterna magna.Among the 78 fetuses with enlarged cisterna magna,29 were clinically diagnosed as malformation,49 were found no abnormality through follow-up. Conclusion There was a significant correlation between the depth of cisterna magna and gestational age.The change in the depth of cisterna magna can provide important diagnostic clues for screening of fetal malformations. |
