| 目的 探讨胃癌初诊患者血清miR-20a的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 采集45例原发胃癌初诊患者血清，应用实时定量PCR（qRT-PCR），加入cel-miR-39作为数据标准化指标，检测血清miR-20a的表达量。结果 胃癌患者血清中miR-20a表达与胃癌分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关（P<0.05）。低分化组血清miR-20a表达水平明显高于中分化组和高分化组。miR-20a在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者血清中的表达水平明显高于Ⅰ期，有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组。miR-20a的表达与患者的性别、年龄无明显相关性。结论 胃癌患者血清miR-20a表达与胃癌分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关，可能用于胃癌早期诊断和病情监测。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between serum miR-20a expression and clinicopathological features in gastric cancer. Methods Serum was collected in 45 primary gastric cancer patients who were untreated.Real-time quantitative PCR was adopted to detect the expression of miR-20a in serum using C.elegans miR-39 as an internal reference gene. Results In this case,we analyzed the relationship between the serum miR-20a expression level and clinicopathological features.The results showed that expression of miR-20a was related with tumor differentiation,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis （P<0.05）.The expression level of serum miR-20a was significantly higher in poorly differentiated gastric cancer patients than that in moderately differentiated and well differentiated gastric cancer patients.Moreover,miR-20a level was significantly higher in stage Ⅱ，Ⅲ and Ⅲ than stage Ⅰ,also higher in lymph node metastasis group than those patients without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The expression level of miR-20a is related with tumor differentiation,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis.MiR-20a is a candidate biomarker for detecting and monitoring gastric cancer. |
